1Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the IGENIUS Academy platform ("the Platform"), owned and operated in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. By registering or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms, in accordance with the Egyptian Civil Code and the E-Signature and E-Commerce Law No. 15 of 2004.

2Eligibility & Registration

• A minor student (under 18) must be registered by, or with the consent of, a parent/legal guardian, who bears full responsibility for the accuracy of submitted data and for any financial obligations arising from the account.
• Users must provide accurate, current information at registration and update it whenever it changes.
• Creating more than one account for the same student without the Platform's permission is prohibited.

3Accounts & Passwords

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You must notify the Platform immediately through support channels if you suspect unauthorized access or use of your account.

4Courses & Enrollment

• The Platform grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the educational content of the course you enrolled in only.
• A course includes video/interactive content, learning materials, exams, and reports as described at the time of purchase.
• The Platform reserves the right to adjust session schedules or replace a teacher with another of the same specialization when necessary, with notice to the user.
• Course access may not be transferred, rented, or resold to any other party.

5Pricing & Taxes

All course prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include 14% Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with Egyptian VAT Law No. 67 of 2016 and its amendments, unless explicitly stated otherwise. The Platform reserves the right to change prices for new course enrollments; this will not affect already-paid active subscriptions.

6Payment & Installment Terms

• Payments are processed through electronic payment gateways licensed by the Central Bank of Egypt, or through other payment methods approved by the Platform.
• If an installment plan is selected, you must pay each installment on its due date; the Platform may restrict or suspend course access for overdue payments after prior notice.
• An electronic invoice or receipt is issued for each payment in accordance with applicable Egyptian tax rules.

7Teacher Obligations

Teachers registered on the Platform must provide accurate information regarding their qualifications and specializations, adhere to scheduled sessions and the educational quality standards set by the Platform, and must not contact students outside official Platform channels for any independent commercial purpose.

8Acceptable Use

• Recording, capturing, or redistributing course content without prior written permission from the Platform is prohibited.
• Any abusive, harassing conduct, or conduct violating Egyptian law toward teachers, students, or support staff is prohibited.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful activity or activity contrary to public order and morals under Egyptian law is prohibited.

9Intellectual Property

All educational content, designs, trademarks, and logos belonging to IGENIUS Academy are protected under Egyptian Intellectual Property Rights Protection Law No. 82 of 2002, and may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

10Limitation of Liability

The Platform provides its services on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by applicable Egyptian law. IGENIUS Academy is not liable for technical interruptions caused by factors beyond its reasonable control (such as internet outages or service-provider failures), and will work to restore service as soon as possible and reschedule missed sessions where feasible.

11Suspension & Termination

The Platform may suspend or terminate any user account that violates these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible, without prejudice to the Platform's right to retain payment for services actually rendered up to the date of termination.

13Changes to These Terms

The Platform reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after an amendment is published constitutes implied acceptance. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
